The Manager in me

The diapason sets the tone to align harmony, melody and rhythm: similarly, I apply as a manager to orchestrate objectives, strategies, planning, production, people and teams to achieve common goals.
The harmony and tuning of different instruments reflect the importance to be in sync towards a common purpose; melody symbolizes the unique strengths and impact of individual team members, diverse talents and skills blended together to create a high-performing team; rhythm reflects time and pace at which tasks are carried out in a coordinated manner.

As a manager I have been and always be in charge of :

• planning, development and execution of entire product lines

• managing projects

• coordination of independent artisans and master model makers

• trainer of creative designers and CAD designer
